These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCT USAGE & LICENSE
All sample packs and audio products sold on this website are original works created by Northcliffe Sounds.
✅ Royalty-Free Use Is Allowed For:
- Selling or leasing beats (including on BeatStars, Airbit, etc.)
- Uploading your music to platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.
- Use in songs or productions by independent artists
- Client work that is not under a major label
In these cases, no royalties, credit, or clearance is required.
⚠️ Major Placements Require Clearance
If your beat or song using our sample(s) gets placed with:
- A major artist or producer
- A major label (e.g. Sony, UMG, Warner, etc.)
- A TV/film/commercial sync placement
- A song that exceeds 500,000 total streams or views
Then you must contact us for clearance before releasing it commercially. Clearance may involve negotiation of publishing, royalties, and credits.

SECTION 3 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original sample files in any form
- Upload the samples to sample-sharing sites (e.g. Splice, Looperman)
- Claim authorship of the samples themselves
Violation of these terms will result in account termination and potential legal action.
SECTION 4 – ACCURACY, BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
SECTION 5 – REFUNDS
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a product has been downloaded, except where required by law.
SECTION 6 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE & PRICING
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the products or pricing at any time without notice.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites, but we do not monitor or have control over them. Use at your own discretion.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All samples and content on this website are the intellectual property of Northcliffe Sounds and are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

All products are provided “as is” without any guarantees. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of our Products.
