Refund Policy

All sales of digital products and sample packs at Northcliffe Sounds are final. Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

The only exception is if you accidentally purchase the same product more than once. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate item.
